The reception is located in building A. At the reception you can get information about all the facilities or about the activities in the area. The reception is open from Tuesday till Saturday. For urgent questions we can be reached by telephone.

The resort has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, which you can use free of charge. You can store your ski equipment in the ski depot, which has shoe heaters so you will enjoy dry equipment everyday.

Parking
You can park your car for free in the underground parking garage, the maximum headroom is 1.95 m. Here you will also find an elevator which can take you to your apartment and the general ski depot where you can easily store your ski equipment.
